About
Hi! I’m Danielle: a Brooklyn-based (but LA-raised!) writer, editor, and digital content strategist with nearly a decade of experience covering beauty, health, wellness, and lifestyle. Previously a Beauty Editor at Glamour, I’ve transitioned to full-time freelance, writing and editing for brands like Marie Claire, Bustle, Parade, SheKnows, StyleCaster, The Independent, Teen Vogue, and more.

I hold a Master’s in Journalism from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Journalism, where my thesis examined how TikTok, Instagram filters, and editing apps are transforming the beauty industry and driving a rise in cosmetic procedures among young women, and an MFA in Nonfiction Creative Writing from The New School.
In addition to editorial work, I offer tailored consulting services for emerging writers and established brands. I’ve mentored journalists who have secured bylines in top publications like Teen Vogue, Los Angeles Times, and The Nation and partnered with leading brands to enhance their digital presence, specializing in SEO, social media strategy, influencer collaborations, branded content, PR initiatives, and more.
